Obsessed with the person it once protected, the Shadow Wraith now hunts them to drain their life... and once it feeds, it turns on anyone unfortunate enough to be nearby.
Sunlight scorches it. Hawthorn repels it. Exorcism can banish it, and the vampire who created the original ghoul can snuff it out with a thought. Mr. Legacy theorizes that an amulet marked with that vampire's name or crest might offer protection, though no one's been brave enough to test it.
Worst of all, every agent subjected to this ritual dies the moment their spirit is ripped free.
