Inspired by the Transformers’ twisted mirror-universe known as the Shattered Glass continuity, the ambitious Autobot Goldbug joins threezero's DLX Transformers: Rise of the Beasts Collectible Figure Series with an all-new, upgraded bot-mode design.
Standing approximately 8 inches (~20.3 cm) tall, DLX Shattered Glass Goldbug is built with threezero's signature alloy metal and engineering-grade plastics frame, and features approximately 60 points of articulation to allow a wide range of motion, including the rear thruster pods, which can mimic both folded and deployed positions.
DLX Shattered Glass Goldbug faithfully captures the character’s sinister redesign in a striking metallic gold and matte-black color scheme with detailed carbon fiber print on his forearm and knee armor. The sleek, metallic blue armored battle mask gives Goldbug a cold, predatory silhouette. Crafted from soft, rubber-like material, the wheels on the body feature detailed weathering paint that matches the battle-damaged look of the outer armor. The interchangeable heads are equipped with red LED illuminated eyes, further enhancing the visual impact.
This edition introduces brand-new and signature weapons — the classic Stinger Sword and an all-new convertible blaster that can be wielded as a single full-sized heavy cannon or split into three handheld blasters. These can combine in various configurations to suit different combat situations and can be wielded by previously released DLX figures.
