MP-21G Masterpiece Bumblebee has a metallic gold G2 paint job and transforms into an officially-licensed Volkswagen Type 1 Beetle. He comes with three swappable face plates including the smiling mask, neutral mask, and battle mask; two side mirrors, spare tire cover, license plate, and a pistol. This version includes a jet-pack as worn by Bumblebee in the cartoon episode "Dinobot Island, Part 1" instead of the Exosuit figure. In robot mode, he is in scale with MP-10 Optimus Prime's robot mode, making him out of proportion with the other Masterpiece cars. In car mode, he can fit inside MP-10 Optimus Prime's trailer.
Cited as the stealthiest and most energy efficient of the Autobots, configured for underwater reconnaissance, Bumblebee is especially proficient in his capacity as spy.
