The helmet is sculpted in a 3D environment, allowing the artists to meticulously recreate a true to life version. Each helmet is hand-painted using the finest automotive paints and clear coats to replicate the look of Rick Hunter's helmet as seen in the anime series.

Each helmet is meticulously hand-finished and hand-assembled in Texas, USA in small batches to ensure each piece is painted and polished with the utmost care. The helmet features a fiberglass exterior, with a soft polyester header fabric interior; and includes a removable visor and full-colored insert.
