Product Description
Standard infantry personnel of the Zamaii Border Patrol, primarily deployed throughout the Zamaii Border Restricted Zone along the northern frontier of Argus. Their duties include patrols, sentry operations, checkpoint security, and the protection of commercial convoys traveling between Argus and neighboring countries.
Although the Zamaii frontier holds considerable strategic importance, its primary security concern is not a constant threat of large-scale border invasion. As the restricted zone contains the only overland trade route between Argus and its neighboring countries, the unit is primarily responsible for maintaining the security of this commercial corridor, protecting convoys from bandits, raiders, and hostile forces seeking to seize valuable cargo.
The Zamaii Infantry is composed of both experienced veterans withdrawn from frontline combat and recruits conscripted from rural communities across Argus. For many new recruits, the assignment may initially appear to be little more than guarding roads, conducting patrols, and escorting convoys. In practice, however, it is a demanding long-term duty. Prolonged patrols, harsh frontier conditions, and the constant need to remain alert to sudden attacks make service along the Zamaii frontier a highly stressful environment for inexperienced soldiers.
