Q: What are your regular store hours? 

A: 10am-9pm central Monday – Saturday, 11am-6pm Sunday 

Q: Can I come in and play a game?  

A: You are welcome to use our open-play space at the back of the store! We have a selection of games available, or feel free to bring your own. To use the private room and virtual game table, please call the store to set up a reservation.

Q: What types of products will you carry? 

A: We carry a curated selection of board games, role-playing games, miniature games, trading cards games, and other collectibles.

Q: Will there be action figures available in the store? 

A: There will be a rotating assortment of select BigBadToyStore collectibles for sale at the store in addition to tabletop games and cards.  

Q: Can I reserve or hold an item in advance? 

A: Unfortunately, we are unable to hold items in advance at this time. 

Q: Do you offer price matching? 

A: We do not offer price matching. 

Payments 

Q: What forms of payment are accepted? 

A:  We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payments. 

Q: Can I use store credit or online credit in store? 

A: BigBadToyStore store credit cannot be used for in-store purchases. 

Online Orders & In-Store Pickup 

Q: Can I pick up online orders in store? 

A: Store pickup is currently unavailable. 

Q: Can I return online purchases to the Game Store? 

A: At this time, only in-store purchases can be returned in-store. If you would like to return an online purchase, please contact BigBadToyStore Customer Service at 1-888-980-2287 or you are welcome to send an email to [email protected]. 

Q: Can I place an order in store for shipment? 

A: Our in-store kiosks allow you to place online orders that can ship to your home or be added to your BigBadToyStore Pile of Loot!  

Returns & Exchanges 

Q: What is your return policy for in-store purchases? 

A: We can refund or exchange most new, unused merchandise with receipt within 30 days of the original purchase date. TCG products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Q: Will you host events, demos, or tournaments?
