Episode II Clone Trooper Sergeant: Clone Troopers originate as built-in soldiers, physically and mentally identical, cloned from the genetic material of Jango Fett and mass produced in a covert facility on the planet Kamino. The Clone Troopers are initially installed to reinforce the Jedi warriors against the Battle Droid minions. Identical in appearance, the Clone Troopers are outfitted with sculptured white armor. Additional equipment and/or color coding indicate the rank of each officer.

Episode II Anakin Skywalker: At the outset of the Clone Wars, Anakin Skywalker serves as apprentice to Obi-Wan Kenobi, gradually becoming known as the “Hero With No Fear”. He is promoted to the rank of Jedi Knight. Acting against Obi-Wan’s orders, Skywalker and Padme journey to Geonosis to rescue Kenobi only to be captured themselves and held hostage by Count Dooku. Anakin, Padme and Obi-Wan are chained to crumbling architecture at the heart of the Geonosian arena where they are pitted against monstrous Predators.

Episode IV Biggs Darklighter: 2013 Star Wars 3.75" Black Series 01 - Episode IV Biggs Darklighter is clad in his orange fight gear and helmet, and is equipped with a blaster pistol. A friend of Luke Skywalker, Darklighter leaves Tatooine to join the Academy, and later returns to express doubt and disillusionment to Skywalker. Rejecting the Empire, Darklighter flies an X-Wing alongside Luke Skywalker as part of the Red Squadron. They work in tandem during the Battle of Yavin, although Biggs cut to pieces by Darth Vader’s TIE Fighter Advanced.

Episode V Darth Vader: 2013 Star Wars 3.75" Black Series 01 - Episode V Darth Vader is clad in fabric cape and robe, is equipped with his red lightsaber, and features two interchangeable right hands simulating, respectively, his deflection of Han Solo’s gun blast and his manipulation of the Force which deprives Solo of the pistol altogether. Vader’s Sustained by a mechanized life support system and prosthetics, the battered and disfigured Sith Lord Darth Vader serves as both the apprentice and enforcer of Emperor Palpatine.

Episode VI Biker Scout: Highly maneuverable craft derived from repulsorlift technology, Speeder Bikes are employed during the Imperial occupation of the moon of Endor. Squads of Biker Scouts, clad in specialized armor which is lighter than that of an ordinary Stormtrooper, patrol the heavily-guarded facility containing the Death Star’s shield generator. A small constituent of Rebel saboteurs are dispatched to the moon with a mission to infiltrate the facility and deactivate the shield. Luke Skywalker and Leia, divided from the others, are drawn into a destructive skirmish with a handful of Biker Scouts.

Episode III Clone Pilot: Clone Trooper Pilots are a special division created to pilot a handful of Republic vessels including the LAAT/i and LAAT/c gunships, CR20 and CR25 Troop Carriers, the V-19 Torrent, the ARC-170 and the Alpha-3 Nimbus-class V-Wing. They are also trained to operate land-based vehicles including the AT-TE and the TX-130 Saber-class fighter tank. In Episode III Clone Trooper Pilots participate in the Battle of Coruscant, supporting Anakin and Obi-Wan in an assault on General Grievous’ flagship, the Invisible Hand.

Episode II R2-D2: R2-D2’s various retractable appendages and instruments enable him to serve the functions of starship mechanic and computer interface specialist. R2 originally performs maintenance duty on behalf of the Royal Engineers of Naboo aboard Queen Amidala’s royal starship. He enables the ship to escape the Trade Federation’s blockade. Later, on Tatooine, R2-D2 first encounters C-3PO, the protocol droid which was being assembled by the young Anakin Skywalker.

Episode II Pablo-Jill: Pablo-Jill is clad in a fabric hooded cloak and is equipped with a blue lightsaber. Indigenous to the Skustell Cluster, Pablo-Jill is an Ongree Jedi Master who attains the rank of General during the Clone Wars. He suppresses lawlessness among the populace of Ord Mantell before later participating in the Battle of Geonosis and surviving the ordeal. Pablo-Jill spearheads an attempted rescue of Chancellor Palpatine from the clutches of the Confederacy. Jill ultimately confronts General Grievous in a one-on-one duel and is overpowered and destroyed by the cyborg’s general’s ferocity.

Episode IV Stormtrooper: Due to the inevitable depletion and degradation of the Clone troopers, new recruits are converted into Imperial Stormtroopers, brutal killers who enforce the will of Emperor Palpatine. They are outfitted with white armor reminiscent of the Clone Troopers’ Mandalorian-inspired armor. Stormtroopers are subjected to a grueling training course, and are eventually equipped with the E-11 blaster rifle and outfitted with armor featuring built-in comlinks and varying protection against toxins and hostile environments. Based upon merit and ambition, many Stormtroopers are advanced to specialized classes such as Sandtroopers, Black Hole Troopers, Z-G Assault Stormtroopers, Snowtroopers and Swamptroopers.

EU Mara Jade Skywalker: Clad in sleek black fatigues, EU Mara Jade Skywalker is equipped with blaster & holster, a non-ignited lightsaber, and an ignited red lightsaber. Mara Jade Skywalker has the distinction of having once attained the rank of the Emperor’s hand, and, later, a Jedi Master occupying the Jedi Council. As part of her extensive assassin training on Palpatine’s behalf she is exposed to the immense power of the Force and is later trained by Luke Skywalker to master the Force. Initially she is tasked with the assassination of Skywalker, however the death of Palpatine, her master, convinces her to disregard the order.

Episode II Luminara Unduli: Episode II Luminara Unduli is clad in elaborate fabric headdress and attire, and is equipped with a green lightsaber. A Mirialan life form, is both a Jedi Master and Senior Jedi General. She is an advisor trusted the Jedi High Council as well as Chancellor Palpatine and the Galactic Senate. During the closing stages of the Clone Wars she mentors Barriss Offee. She participates in key engagements such as the Battle of Geonosis, and is later killed during the Battle of Kashyyyk after Palpatine implements Order 66.

Episode III Clone Trooper - 41st: Announced by grey markings on their armor, the 41st Elite Corps, belonging to the 9th Assault Corps, typically produce specialized classes such as AT-RT drivers, scouts and swamp troopers. Their training is predicated on exploration of hostile alien environments requiring specialized weapons and equipment, while simultaneously maintaining diplomatic relations with indigenous life forms. Prior to the swift, cruel implementation of Order 66, the 41st Elite are commanded by Jedi General Luminara Unduli and Senior Clone Commander Gree.
