Based on its appearance in the anime Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack, this set represents the essentials of the maintence crew and hangar. With every component made to exacting specifications, this option set includes the distinctive yellow cranes for supporting engineers with hydraulic arms and elevator platforms assisting the crew in reaching necessary spots.
This set also includes smaller pieces of construction equipment carried on board, rendered in great detail; these multipurpose work machines give the crew more freedom to work—even the hatches open to reveal interior mechanical detail and connections for power cables.
An extended base platform houses the cranes, maintenance machines, and refueling stations, allowing you to expand the number of crew members. The prototype long barrel attachment is available for the separately-sold Metal Structure RX-93 Nu Gundam's Hyper Mega Rifle.
This exclusive set features light-up chests and heads using 3 LR41 watch batteries (included) while the maintenance deck requires 4 AAA batteries (not included) for the LED spotlights.
