Q: What time does the event start
A: The event will be open 10AM - 7PM Monday-Saturday and 11AM - 5PM Sunday.
Q: Where is the event located?
A: You can find us at the Mall of America Atrium, on the first floor next to the JW Marriot entrance and beneath the third-floor Food Hall.
Q: What products will be available?
A: We will be offering a curated selection of Tamashii Nation products including, but not limited to, S.H.Figuarts, Gundam Universe, and Chogokin collectibles. Quantities are limited.
Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: Electronic payment only. Cash will not be accepted.
Q: Will I be able to return my products?
A. All sales are final.

Q: How can I receive a giveaway?
A: Shop attendees will receive a branded keychain. Customers who make a $50+ purchase will also receive Tamashii Nations Diorama sticker set. With purchase of $100+, customers will also receive a branded tote bag.
