Sitting at 9 inches tall with an unimpressed frown crossing his red face under narrowed eyes, his long head curves down into a narrow body that has long arms and legs as he wears nothing but a blue tie around his neck. This plush is packed to the seams with 100% PP cotton and is made of the softest minky material, absolutely perfect for cuddling or keeping warm with!
