Product Description
A 3 figure set of Godzilla that appears in "Shin Godzilla: ORTHOchromatic" is now available in the "Movie Monster Series" of soft vinyl figures that are popular for their realistic modeling and coloring!
The movie "Shin Godzilla: ORTHOchromatic'' is a black and white version based on "Shin Godzilla'' released in 2016, and was first screened at an event held in 2023.
"Ortho" is an abbreviation for "orthochromatic film," which is a type of monochrome film, and is characterized by a heavier face tone than the monochrome film currently in circulation.
This product is a set of the three forms of Godzilla that appear in the movie, and not only faithfully reproduces the unique appearance of each form, but also uses different paint colors and coloring techniques for each piece. Bandai have pursued a unique texture unique to the "ortho" version.
Each item uses a special paint that has been toned specifically for this product. The entire figure is painted in a base color with a matte texture, and then the details of the surface are painted with brushes and other treatments, reproducing the color as if it had absorbed light.
