This is the release of the original soundtrack for "The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword", a title that depicts the “beginning” of the Zelda world, including the creation of the Master Sword in the series’ timeline.
"The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword" was originally released as a Wii software title on November 23, 2011, and its remake was released this year on July 16 as a Nintendo Switch software title. The music that colors this vast game world of soaring skies and vast lands has remained highly popular since the Wii version, and this long-awaited CD release arrives as a major milestone. It is being released in a large-scale edition to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Wii version’s launch.
