Evil Monkey stands at 4.5 inches, ready to torment Chris yet again. He sits with his sharp teeth-baring out and his left index finger pointing outward. Evil Monkey comes with his own closet to sit in. The exterior of his double-walled packaging shows the inside of Chris's room where Monkey lives.
The interior is a red background with the Family Guy logo pattern. The protective sleeve is the iconic stage with the red and gold curtains shown in the title sequence.
