The Leopard 2, a third-generation main battle tank of the highest class in the world, was created by Germany, a major land power. Widely adopted by European countries, and also in North and South America and Southeast Asia, it's a masterpiece tank known as the "European Standard Tank" due to its widespread use. Its advanced version, the "A5," is an updated model based on a combat capability enhancement plan. Its defensive capabilities are improved by adding wedge-shaped add-on armor to the front and sides of the turret.

The fire control system has also been strengthened, resulting in advancements in both offense and defense. The sharply protruding wedge-shaped armor dramatically changes the appearance from the original Leopard 2, giving it a powerful presence as a design symbolizing the current model.

This model meticulously reproduces the shape of each part of the Leopard 2A5. The turret traverse, main gun elevation and depression, and commander's panoramic sight are all movable. A smoke generator for simulated combat is included as a user-installable part. The hatches can be opened and closed, and the rotating beacon on the top is optional.
