GDO Voyager Series 01: Megatron utilizes the ROTF Decepticon Bludgeon mold, complete with its own sneering Megatron head sculpt. He converts from a tank into a samurai-like robot with sword and dagger sheathed in gun barrels. Megatron ascends to power in the gladiatorial pits of Cybertron, where he voices contempt for Cybertron’s established social structure. His might and charisma enable him to amass a mixture of disillusioned and/or like-minded followers. Soon after, Megatron assembles his Decepticon warriors, unleashing them against a planet largely unprepared for an organized uprising. Gradually, however, Megatron’s renegade army becomes a brutal manifestation of the tyranny which entirely consumes Megatron’s original freedom fighter mindset.
