The photos indicate that the Real Action Doll 10” Darth Vader features an articulated die-cast core, a system of layered/padded garments and armor plating, exterior armor features, real fabric robe and cape, elaborate mask and helmet, and lightsaber accessories both ignited and non-ignited. For the quintessential Darth Vader enthusiast, this should be the equivalent of a banana split with whipped cream, cherries and chocolate sprinkles.
Vader of course, long ago, decided to jump the train to Jedi enlightenment, instead embracing the bloodless dogma of the Dark Side of the Force. In the wake of his impropriety, he lost a crucial fight against his former mentor and friend, Obi-Wan, was summarily dismembered and charbroiled and eventually remanded to his life-supporting cyborg prosthetics and armor. Despite all of this, however, the twisted human spark remains viable, just as does Vader’s continual manipulation of the Dark Side---although, with his dismemberment, he did apparently lose his ability to generate the malignant blue-purple lightning, a deficit for which he compensates by making frequent use of his nefarious asphyxia assault.
