Raven is a powerful empath, possessing an array of powers including healing capacity and astral projection. Her childhood occurs in the dimension of Azarath, where she is encouraged to restrain her emotions to neutralize the demonic powers inherited from her father, Trigon. To combat her father, Raven founds the New teen Titans, recruiting Starfire, Kid Flash, Wonder Girl, Cyborg, Beast Boy, and Robin. Occasional lapses in her emotional control generate mistrust and rancor among her teammates. Eventually Raven is abducted by Trigon and transported to the demon’s native dimension. In the ensuing battle Trigon is imprisoned. Later, escaping from his prison, Trigon invades Earth, and succeeds in gaining temporary control of Raven.
With wry sarcasm, RAVEN fights evil in a sleek knit dress with a flowing hooded cape and long gloves. Mask, molded belt, pantyhose, and faux leather thigh-high boots also included.
