In 2884, the driverless assault scout light tank, Krote by Bomvol und Zionel GmbH was a regular weapon of the Shutoral forces because of its utility. Krotes were suitable for movement on the wasteland with its driving device able to move in any condition. It had strong armored defensive power with it's composite armor, and unequaled strong body structure. Moreover Krotes had an MG515 Vulcan, which was the most efficient weapon the Shutoral forces had, and electronic armaments including the scouting computer which was good enough to meet the demands of the front. Krote played an active part as the first driverless fighting weapon until more efficient Neuspotter appeared. Many Krotes continued to be used even after Neuspotter stood in the front.
