The Face Off 2-Pack is set in scale and in matching articulation with the Marvel Legends line. These sets include durable display bases with clip-on diorama scenes.
This is the classic Savage Hulk version, his enraged expression featuring an open mouth. Gamma-gorged, the Hulk is imbued strength approximate to his nearly boundless fury. Massive, a dark ugly green, and clad in his familiar tattered purple pants, the Hulk is more than willing to pound his way through an entire swath of supervillains in order to deliver a sound thrashing to the smug Leader. As it turns out, this isn’t required, because the Leader is trapped inside the bubble directly alongside the Hulk.
This is the more classic depiction of the Leader, who had possessed a rather dull and uninspired mind before his gamma-induced transformation. Unlike the Hulk, the Leader’s metamorphosis went directly upstairs, giving him a head shaped something like a miter. The Leader gained a superhuman intellect that manifested as super-scientific aplomb and other abilities such as intuition and advanced reaction. However, despite his increased intellect, the Leader remained hobbled by his smug arrogance.
