The House of “M” is an alternate reality crossover storyline involving apparently long term changes in the Marvel continuity. A whole swath of mutant characters are wiped out. Others have remained but have lost their powers. In some cases, allegiances are altered, and other characters resurrected from the dead.
The Hulk is now bald and decorated with either broad tattoos or war paint of some kind. In this continuity, Hulk is apparently doing what he does best, just traveling around and kicking everybody’s butt.
Iron Man is now a contestant on some kind of weird show called Sapien Death Match involving opponents battling each other in mechanized gladiatorial armor. This figure looks sort of like the regular Iron Man, but the helmet has a strange shape to it, and now the armor involves crazy-looking weapon extensions.
The “It” is a forlorn-looking version of the Thing. In his continuity, Reed Richards and Sue Storm are dead. The “It” is now part of a group called the Fearsome Four which is led by Doctor Doom.
The Inhuman Torch, another member of the Fearsome Four, is Doctor Doom’s adopted son. Unlike the Human Torch, the Inhuman Torch looks like some twisted molten demon, complete with flaming skull face. He probably looks like the coolest one out of the assortment.
