Gothmog, Lieutenant of Minus Morgul and to the Witch-King, handsome, charismatic, and all around maestro where the ladies were concerned. Gothmog was one of the biggest, one of the meanest, and definitely the ugliest of the orcs. His whole outline was distorted by noxious aberrant growth. His face was twisted, asymmetrical. He was misshapen and maimed, plagued by a limp, one arm stunted and unusable, but none of this slowed Gothmog down. He killed ravenously. He was feared by his underlings. When the Witch-King finally fell, Gothmog gave himself a quick field commission, took the reins of destiny and carried on---for a little while. Unfortunately, Gothmog’s position was drastically weakened once Aragon brought in reinforcements. Things started going downhill for poor Gothmog. Even so, he still tried to work his charms on Eowyn, hoping for a little R&R to restore his battle vigor. What he got instead was the Aragorn/Gimli dismemberment/decapitation double-header.
This highly articulated and movie-accurate Gothmog figure deserves some serious sympathy and support. Restored to his original glory, he comes with his head and arm still intact, equipped with both sword and spear. Gothmog is looking for that one big comeback. He wants another chance at the heavyweight belt. Help him find his way back to the ring.
