G14 Hunter Bumblebee converts from a missile-laden sports car into an equally missile-laden robot equipped with his primary weapon, the projectile-firing Eagleshot Bow. Bumblebee serves as the Autobots’ scout, often recruited to perform critical reconnaissance missions. Faced with the task of defeating the mighty Predaking, Bumblebee uncovers the existence and an ancient Cybertronian vessel, containing an arsenal of strange weapons. He enlists Wheeljack for the task of acquiring the weapons, unaware that his transmissions are being monitored by Soundwave and conveyed to Megatron and Predaking.
