Japanese Transformers Animated: TA30 Autobot Blurr. Blurr’s predominantly blue color scheme and aerodynamic fin-crested design provide him with a shark-like semblance. Blurr transforms into an equally sleek-looking race car, the hood panel of which detaches to serve Blurr’s robot mode as a shield/melee weapon. Blurr works as an intelligence operative on behalf of the Cybertron Elite Guard. Having fallen under the control of Master Disaster, Blurr was forced to compete in the Street Demon races, his identity initially unknown to the Earth-based Autobots. Blurr’s virtually immeasurable speed is such that he was able to easily outdistance Bumblebee, even despite the latter’s rocket boosters.
