Japanese Transformers Animated: TA32 Wreck-Gar is equipped with a pair of scissor blade weapons that can either be attached to both forearms or combined into a larger arm-situated weapon. Wreck-Gar transforms from a garbage truck with a working fork into a robot mode with a color scheme and goatee-adorned facial likeness reminiscent of the Gen 1 Wreck-Gar. Infused with life by a fragment of the AllSpark, Wreck-Gar initially lacked an identity and fell in with the supervillain Angry Archer; Wreck-Gar was soon after inspired to become an Autobot by Bumblebee and Ratchet. In his bumbling but well-meaning attempt to distinguish himself as a heroic Autobot, Wreck-Gar failed to apprehend his erstwhile supervillain partner, and was cantankerously judged by Ratchet to be most effective as the garbage vehicle from which he evolved.
