Japanese Transformers Animated: TA39 Jetpack Bumblebee is a newly-sculpted version equipped with the gun-bearing jetpack accessory which can be converted into a manta-like submarine vehicle with a translucent blue cockpit bubble; the guns attached to the jetpack/submarine armor can be removed and utilized as Bumblebee’s handheld weapons. Preferring action to words, Bumblebee particularly enjoys his sleek thruster-powered sportster mode. In robot mode, he’s equipped with back-mounted rockets and flip-out stingers. Bumblebee’s boisterous exuberance overwhelms the majority of his actions, leaving no interim for fear of the treacherous Decepticons.
