From the blockbuster film, AVP: Alien vs Predator, Sideshow Collectibles proudly presents the Scar Predator statue. Armored for a brutal hunt, spear in hand, the fierce Yaujta killer stands over 19 inches tall. Crafted in 1:5 scale, each piece is hand painted and individually finished with painstaking attention to detail. Featuring interchangeable masked and unmasked heads, the Scar Predator statue makes an outstanding addition to Sideshow Collectibles' collection of formidable Predator warriors.
Scar Predator is among the three Predators who arrive at an underground training facility only to realize that the expedition hastily arranged by Wayland Industries has entered the Predators’ pyramid precipitously, removing the Plasma Casters intended for the Predators from the sarcophagus, triggering the pyramid’s reconfiguration cycle and awakening of the cryogenically-imprisoned Queen Alien stored elsewhere in the pyramid. By the time the Predators arrive Alien warriors have overrun the Pyramid interior. The first of the three Predators, Chopper, is killed almost immediately, speared by an Alien’s barbed tail. The apparent leader of the trio, Celtic Predator, battles ferociously but is ultimately killed by the Grid Alien. Scar Predator survived the initial assault and is transported elsewhere in the pyramid. He easily kills an Alien warrior and destroys the first of two Facehuggers crawling the pyramids crevices. He pauses, removing his helmet and using the dead Facehugger’s acid-laced talon to ceremonially mark both his forehead and the front of his bio mask. He later regains his advantage after retrieving one of the Plasma Casters from the plucky Alexa Woods, the only surviving human. Scar Predator is impressed by Alex’s courage and resourcefulness. He uses the carcass of the Alien she has killed to provide her with a makeshift spear and acid-resistant shield, and forms an alliance with the human. Scar and Alex battle the remaining Aliens, sabotage a massive burrow of Xenomorph eggs, and successfully execute the destruction of the training facility. Aboveground, Scar demonstrates respect for Alexa, removing his mask, adorning her left cheek with the same scar marking his forehead. The significant moment is interrupted by a new assault, however, in the form of the gigantic Queen Alien.
