On Dagobah with Master Yoda, Luke Skywalker's Jedi training is interrupted by a terrible vision of his friends in pain. Luke travels to Cloud City to save them, but before he leaves Dagobah, both Yoda and Obi-Wan beg him to complete his training before confronting Darth Vader. When Luke refuses, they warn him that the dark side of the force is seductive and could transform him into an agent of evil if he gives in to his anger and aggression.
Luke arrives too late to help Han and Leia and is lured into a lightsaber duel with Darth Vader through the lower halls and catwalks of the city, Vader pummeling Luke with metal objects. Luke is sucked out of the chamber onto an observation deck jutting out into the city's main airshaft. When he manages to get back inside, he is immediately ambushed by Vader who unleashes a series of crushing overhead blows that force Luke back out onto the airshaft catwalk. In a desperate move Luke manages to wound Vader in the shoulder, but this only enrages the Sith Lord who raises his lightsaber to deliver a killing blow...The final outcome of the battle will force Luke to make an impossible choice that will forever change the course of the galaxy.
