The Fly I Brundlefly Statue stands 15” tall, is polystone-cast, and is mounted to a circular base bearing the logo of ‘The Fly’. Brundlefly is a monstrous and tragic hybrid---roughly anthropoid but equipped with random insect appendages and rudimentary mandibles. This creature is the result of Seth Brundle’s decision to be a test subject in the trial run of his teleportation machine; in the course of this process, Brundle’s DNA was intermingled with that of a fly. Brundle’s transformation initiates with tremendous vigor, stamina and heightened strength, although eventually Bundle begins to manifest insectoid traits. Madness follows, as Brundle slowly loses his identity and hopelessly embraces the hybrid change.
