The V-19 Torrent Easykit Model features quick snap-together assembly requiring no glue; painting, similarly, is unnecessary, as the molded kit is molded in multicolored painted parts. The Torrent’s wings and landing gear are configured to automatically switch between landing and flying modes; optional landing gear can be closed or opened, and the canopy can be opened to reveal a pilot figure, the latter of which is accompanied by a display stand. A Clone Wars-era predecessor to the Alpha-3 Nimbus-class V-Wing Starfighter, the V-19 Torrent derives its superior maneuverability from folding airfoils; a standard model is equipped with a pair of blaster cannons and a pair of concussion missile launchers.
