Upon returning to Crystal Lake, Jason discovers that two of Crystal Lake’s adjoining cabins are occupied. One of the cabins has been rented by a group of thoroughly unlikable teenage fornicators, and another cabin is occupied by the family of young Tommy Jarvis. Jason annihilates the teens reasonably quick, although later, between Tommy and Tommy’s older sister Trish, Jason is met with opposition. Ultimately Tommy cuts his hair to disguise himself as a young Jason Voorhees, distracting the adult Voorhees long enough for Tommy to fell the mighty serial killer with his own machete.
