Street Fighter IV Series 01: Ken appears to have fabric portions to his red uniform and black belt, and is geared for extensive poseability. Equipped with red sparring gloves, Ken is stamped with an arrogant sneer. During his childhood, Ken studied under the renowned master Gouken, developing a close friendship with his sparring partner, Gouken’s adopted son, Ryu. Eventually Ken returned to America and participated in various martial arts tournaments. Ken entered the second Street Fighter tournament, and after a little helpful goading on the part of Ryu, regained his fighting focus.
