Developed by Baxter Stockman, the Mousers, ostensibly intended to ferret out sewer rats, were in fact used as bank robbers. When April O’Neal, who had assisted Stockman in the process of creating the Mousers, reacted unfavorably to Stockman’s fiendish scheme, she became a target of the mass-produced Mousers. Fortunately the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles defended April against the Mousers, and followed-up by confronting Baxter Stockman in his laboratory.
