These Mini Statues or “Staction” Figures are skewed exactly to the aesthetic and scale of the discontinued toy line. They all come with intricately-sculpted display bases, as well as accessories and/or weapons.
The Sorceress is one of the most impressive female figures in a long time. Her porcelain-delicate face, complete with the esoteric designs around the eyes, looks fairly identical to that of her coolly winsome cartoon counterpart. She’s clad in her elaborate Egyptian-inspired bird headdress and sculpted bodice as well as her breechcloth skirt and knee-high boots. She’s posed with her wings extended, her legs slightly bent at the knees and snuggled at the thighs---a position used to create the illusion of a hovering position maintained by the removable plastic bracket fitted into the base of her spine. She comes equipped with her bird-headed staff and her alternate falcon form.
Tung Lashor is just about as ugly as the Sorceress is beautiful. A slouched, hulking monstrosity, Tung Lashor’s head is practically joined at the shoulders rather than the neck, and his sickly pinkish body is mottled with pale purple stripes. He’s clad in his orange chest harness---with a Snakeman insignia most likely hidden somewhere behind a puke-green tongue nearly as broad as the jaw from which it dangles. He comes equipped with a twisted update on his firefly-shaped crossbow. In the cartoon, Tung Lashor made a few brief but resonant appearances, though the spotlight was more frequently put on Khan, General Rattlor and King Hssss.
Mantenna is a lanky, noxious-looking freak. His blood-red head is outlandishly large and his webbed ears pointedly elephantine. His eyes are bulging yellow tennis balls and his mouth is a tooth-filled scolex flanked by a pair of inverted tusks. The rest of Mantenna’s body, blue-skinned, is fringed with ragged patches of fin-like growth. He’s clad in his standard-issue Horde insignia breastplate and armed with his gigantic standard-issue Horde crossbow. Unless you had the chance to see the He-Man episode, “The Power of Greyskull” then you unfortunately missed Mantenna’s one appearance. He was briefly shown among the ranks of Grizzlor, Leech and the soon-to-be-in-pieces Calix, as a precursor to Hordak’s cataclysmic defeat at the hands of King Greyskull.
