Topped by a shock of coarse black hair, his waxy-white cheekbones decorated with hypnotic red swirls, the seemingly innocuous Billy the Puppet is wearing a black tuxedo with a red bowtie. Billy announces presence of the Jigsaw Killer. Typically Jigsaw’s victims awake abruptly inside a monstrous deathtrap, and are greeted by Billy the Puppet who presents a quick video tape tutorial. In most instances, victims of the Jigsaw Killer are tasked to perform some ghastly self-mutilation, within a narrow timeframe, or face an even ghastlier death.
