Purchased as a birthday gift for the 6-year old Andy, Chucky uses his new form as camouflage from which he eliminates his former accomplices. Failing in his attempt to use Andy as a host for a second soul transference, Chucky becomes a flesh-and-blood doll, attacking Andy’s family and friends. Chucky survives a burning and a gunshot to his heart, and is reconstructed in Child’s Play 2.
