He is equipped with his trademark knife-fingered glove, and is presented in collector-friendly window box packaging with a fifth panel. In life, Freddy’s perverse appetites had earned him death by fire at the hands of outraged parents; in death, however, Freddy was imbued with demonic power and a subsequent opportunity to reap misguided vengeance on the remaining children of Elm Street, gaining access to his victims via macabre nightmares, forcing the remaining Elm Street kids into a desperate attempt to remain awake at all costs.
