Distended to beach ball dimensions, Beefcake Cartman is clad in a work-out ensemble consisting of a blue cap, brown pants, and a tautly-stretched tank top bearing the auspicious and awe-inspiring title of “Beefcake”. This horrific configuration is the result of advice given to Cartman suggesting that he beef-up in anticipation of the arrival of Kathy Lee. Expeditiously slamming down mega-sized doses of a well-known bodybuilding supplement, the uber-Cartman is eventually revealed: bloated to the point of near-immobility. In light of the special occasion, the Toyfare Exclusive Beefcake Cartman is equipped with a can of Weight Gain 4000.
