General Safety Warning: Products sold by BBTS may be intended for Adult Collectors. Products may contain sharp points, small parts, choking hazards, and other elements not suitable for children under 16 years old.

This Hoth-inspired assortment should include one or more of each of the following figures, along with parts to assemble an AT-ST Walker unit:

Chewbacca with goggles: Owing a life debt to Han Solo, Chewbacca served as Solo’s co-pilot and deathlessly loyal ally. Following the Battle of Yavin, Chewbacca and Solo elected to remain in the company of the Rebel Alliance at the Echo Base installation on Hoth. Having narrowly evaded bounty hunters on previous occasions, Solo planned to depart from the installation, although the Millennium Falcon was in need of repairs. The goggle-clad Chewbacca was busying seeing to the repairs when Solo, mounted atop a Tauntaun, left the installation to search for Luke Skywalker.

Hoth Han Solo: Following the Battle of Yavin, Han Solo and Chewbacca elected to remain in the company of the Rebel Alliance at the Echo Base installation on Hoth. In the course of reconnaissance, Solo attacked and inadvertently initiated the self-destruction of an Imperial Probe Droid, and was left to wonder whether or not the droid had been able to transmit coordinates to the Imperials. Later, learning that Luke Skywalker had failed to return from his scouting route, Han Solo rode out into the frozen wastes, under cover of night, to recover his friend.

Hoth Leia Organa: Following the Battle of Yavin, Leia served as one of the commanders of the Rebel Alliance’s Echo Base on Hoth. She attempted to convince Han Solo to remain with the Alliance. When the Imperials attacked Hoth, Leia helped to coordinate the evacuation of the installation. A collapsed corridor prevented her from reaching her own escape vessel and Leia was instead routed to the Millennium Falcon. In the course of outmaneuvering the Imperials, she and the rest of the crew of the Falcon ultimately sought refuge in the Cloud City.

Hoth Luke Skywalker: Mounted atop a Tauntaun, Luke Skywalker was performing routine reconnaissance when he was unexpectedly waylaid by a flesh-devouring Wampa Snow Beast. Rendered unconscious and dragged through Hoth’s frozen wastes to the cave lair of the Wampa, Skywalker was strung upside down from a cluster of stalactites, with his lightsaber discarded and out of reach. As the blood-crazed Wampa grew gradually nearer Skywalker called upon the power of the Force to maneuver his lightsaber into his grasp.

Snowtrooper: Snowtroopers were clad in loose-fitting attire and specialized armor designed to resist harsh extremes such as the arctic setting of Hoth. Snowtroopers, part of the massive attack force launched by the Empire against the Rebel installation of Hoth, were deployed to infiltrate and overrun the Rebels’ Echo Base. The Alliance’s advanced warning of the Imperial assault provided a window for the evacuation of most of the key personnel, leaving Vader, personally leading a detachment of Snowtroopers, to glower and brood in frustration.

R-3P0: A wholly red-hued 3PO-series protocol droid, the Alliance-affiliated droid was present in the Rebels’ Echo Base installation on Hoth, and was seen in the base’s central hangar during Han Solo‘s return from reconnaissance duty. After abandonment by his previous owner, the off-putting, often-morose R-3P0 was reimagined by Alliance Major Palo Torshan as an espionage droid best suited to the task of scouring the installation of any potential Imperial Droid infiltrators. Subsequent to the evacuation of Echo Base, R-3P0 was assigned to the Alliance High Command.

The AT-ST Walker: A two-legged vehicle distinguished by a birdlike gait, the AT-ST carries chin-mounted guns and supports a crew of two. Due to the decreased mass and bipedal locomotion the AT-ST covered more distance than the AT-AT, although the former provided a lesser degree of stability and durability. AT-ST Walkers were utilized alongside the larger AT-AT Walkers during the Empire’s unrelenting assault against the frozen planet of Hoth.
