Intended for ages 6+, each Avatar Creature/Vehicle interacts with most 3 ¾”- 4 ¼” figures, and is accompanied by a character-specific i-tag. Tsu'Tey's Banshee is an articulated figure featuring some articulation, a fairly impressive wingspan, and a glow-in-the-dark color scheme.
Cousin to the Great Leonopteryx, the Banshee has vestigial limbs and complex dragon fly-like wings. Banshees are bonded with the Na’vi, the latter achieving the title Ikran Makto, in the process of a perilous rite of passage. As is the case with the Direhorse, Na’vi warriors establish a neural interface with the Banshee, enabling both parties to conduct flight and battle in perfect concert, although, unlike the Direhorse, a Banshee will forge a bond with a single Na’vi.
