Rocket Red: This version of Rocket Red appears to include a shoulder-mounted gatling gun. A friendly representative of Mother Russia, Rocket Red is equipped with sophisticated battle armor providing a number of abilities such as augmented strength and durability, energy-blast projectiles, and rocket-based flight. Counted among the Justice League Unlimited roster, Red Rocket---presumably the Rocket Red #4 version---has made a couple of small appearances.
Alt Flash: This version of Flash looks to be articulated at the elbows and knees and includes a lightning bolt accessory. This is the Wally West Flash, providing spatters of comic relief and spending a fair amount of his time skirt-chasing---the latter fact of which is completely understandable given the fact that the Flash is adorned with teammates such as Wonder Woman and Hawkgirl.
Hawkman: The Justice League Unlimited version of Hawkman was an archaeologist semi-brainwashed by Thanagarian technology and bestowed a secret superhero identity. Hawkman became convinced that he and Shayera were in fact romantically-linked reincarnated versions of two former Thanagarians relocated to ancient Egypt.
