In anticipation that new Superman movie they’re doing, here’s a new Lois Lane. Considering the fact that they did Barbie versions of characters like Batgirl, Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn, it seems logical that they would do a Lois Lane.
It would seem impossible to have a Superman/Metropolis scenario that didn’t involve Lois Lane. Lex Luthor built a gigantic robot big and he’s trying to steal the prototype super-lens from the observatory! Brainiac has come back into town and has transformed all of the city’s housecats into gigantic Sabertooth monsters! Darkseid has equipped all the crackheads of Metropolis with Omega Pipes!
Boom---here comes Lois Lane, trying to trump her fellow reporter Clark Kent in the process of getting the “big scoop”. Oh yeah, baby, this one is Pulitzer material, just wait and see! Lois jumped in there with both feet running, and usually manages to complicate the matter for Superman by the time he arrives.
So anyway, here’s the Lois Lane Barbie, typewriter in tow, investigating all the big stories in Barbie Land, shattering complacency with controversy. Her current story involves a plot by super villainess Skipper to replace her older sister and become the new namesake of the toy line.
