A KOTOBUKIYA Japanese import! Everyone knows that eating utensils are more fun when they recreate weapons and
characters, and Kotobukiya has proven this time and again with chopsticks in the form of lightsabers, Alien xenomorphs,
dinosaurs, and much more. The line returns again to Japan’s Edo Period with a new set celebrating the weapons of the
members of the Shinsengumi, an elite police force in Kyoto. The fourth and final set belongs to the captain of the group’s third
unit and suspected spy HAJIME SAITO. Special attention was taken to replicate the black and purple design of Saito’s original
sword down to the style of the tsuba (hand guard). You don’t need to be a master of the blade to utilize these fully functional
chopsticks and keep your food in line. Despite their katana style, they are designed for daily use and can be used just like any
chopsticks. Add a bit of Japanese flavor to your table and enjoy your meal as a member of the Shinsengumi! These chopsticks
