The Revoltech: Optimus Prime Action Figure is a non-transforming figure standing 6” tall and endowed with a whole truckload of articulation. The photo indicates that Prime comes included with alternate hands, his bulky Laser Blaster, and the coveted Matrix of Leadership accessory. The Revoltech Prime is a perfect depiction of the Gen 1 character. Apart from the perfect likeness, the figure captures a new cartoony edge and compact fluidity. This figure is extremely impressive, a tribute worthy to a hero that deserves a parade of honor at least twice a week.
Is there any hero greater than Optimus Prime? No. Optimus Prime is driven by compassion and protectiveness of virtually all species---and imbued with enough strength to stem an entire Decepticon invasion. The Gen 1 Prime was burdened by the task of preserving war-ravaged Cybertron, and then later forced to shoulder the welfare of Earth when the Autobot/Decepticon war spilled beyond Cybertron. During Transformers: The Movie, Prime arrived at Autobot City at the zenith of the Decepticon invasion. Pounding his way through a gauntlet of adversaries, Prime engaged Megatron, and despite the fact that Megatron did his “barehanded” fighting with a rock shard, an energon saber, a hostage and a blaster pistol, Optimus still sent Megatron back into space with a chassis battered nearly beyond all recognition.
