Measuring approximately 13.65” tall, the heavily stylized Pullip Dorothy Figure features multiple points of articulation and elaborate fabric attire. Taking shelter in a farm house against an oncoming tornado, Dorothy is struck unconscious and she, her dog Toto, and the entire house are transported from an austere Kansas landscape to the garish, magical Land of Oz. Emerging timidly from the displaced farm house, the confused Dorothy soon learns from Glinda, the Good Witch of the North, that the house has inadvertently crushed and killed the Wicked Witch of the East, prompting the latter’s sister, the Wicked Witch of the West, to manifest and claim the enchanted Ruby Slippers. The witch is foiled, however, when Glinda magically replaces Dorothy’s shoes with the slippers.
