Set 1 - Darkseid, Batman, Superman, Green Lantern, Robin:
Tyrant ruler of the planet of Apokolips, Darkseid possess an arsenal of superhuman attributes in addition to his ultimate weapon, the Omega Effect. A noted detective and strategist, Batman is among the most capable physical combatants on the planet; Batman serves as a core member and chief coordinator of the Justice League. Jettisoned from the doomed planet of Krypton, the infant Superman’s ultimate destination is the planet Earth; he is raised as Clark Kent, gradually inheriting an array of super-powers. Hal Jordan is in the process of testing a flight simulator when he is transported to the site of a crashed space vessel; the vessel’s occupant, a dying alien called Abin Sur, bestows to Jordan the green power ring. Trained by Batman and other master combatants, Robin also possesses inordinately honed deductive skills which enable him to discern the precise weaknesses of his opponents.
