Please Note: This is an upgrade kit to the sold out City Commander upgrade kit. You will need to own both the Ultra Magnus Classics figure, and the Fansproject City Commander upgrade kit (neither of which is included) to use this upgrade-upgrade kit.
The City Commander IDW Style upgrade package full set includes the following:

The IG-TF001 City Commander Upgrade Package Parts Set interacts with the Classics Ultra Magnus mold, and is designed to refine and further aggrandize the City Commander Trailer Set; all components are designed to integrate aesthetically and to preserve Ultra Magnus’ full array of articulation. The warhammer included in the Upgrade Package Parts Set likens Classics Ultra Magnus to his Supreme Commander counterpart from the Transformers: Animated continuity. Serving as the commander of Autobot City during the Decepticons’ destructive invasion, Ultra Magnus reluctantly accepted the Matrix of Leadership from the fallen Optimus Prime. Following a second attack, led by the newly-formatted Galvatron, Ultra Magnus boarded an Autobot shuttle with a handful of others. On the Planet of Junk, Magnus attempted to unleash the power of Matrix against Galvatron’s forces.
