The Movie Masterpiece Robocop 3 with Flight Pack is set in 1:6 scale. This is the version from Robocop 3, in which Robocop utilized an add-on hand-guided jet pack. The jet machinery more or less commingles with Robocop’s existing armor. The pack’s hand-operated guidance controls are hydraulically linked to the central pack. Robocop is armed with his Auto 9.
In Robocop 3, OCP is finally ready to institute the fabled Delta City, but the corporation has nearly gone bankrupt, and now a rival Japanese outfit, the Kanemitsu Corporation, has secured controlling interest. In order to green-light Delta City, the old city must first be evacuated, but there are resistant factions, particularly the impoverished group that Robocop has befriended. Kanemitsu has developed sword-wielding samurai robots that appear human until the false layer of skin is burned away, and as the robots are dispatched against the resistance, Robocop finds himself at odds with a mechanical foe much different than the ED 209 or the MK-2 “Robocop 2”.
