This amazingly detailed piece captures perfectly this demonic monster, standing with his heavy axe in one hand - used to mercilessly decapitate or dismember his hapless victims, and a severed head in the other.

The Creeper propagates his seemingly inexhaustible existence by attacking human prey and digesting specific organs or appendages to replace his own. When he establishes a home base he creates a subterranean cathedral comprised of the persevered remains of myriad victims dating as far back the medieval age. He heightens his hunting expeditions be instilling fear in his intended prey, chasing them down in his battered black truck. This version depicts the Creeper in his incognito form, the long black coat concealing his arch-ribbed wings and providing him with a more humanlike semblance. Beneath the incongruous attire, the Creeper is sheathed in a dense wet scaled hide, retractable membranes joined with his back and head. The large axe brandished by the Creeper is part of a small arsenal which includes other bladed weapons and shuriken-like projectiles studded with razor-sharp slivers of bone. Once the Creeper has selected a specific victim there is seemingly nothing on earth that would prevent him from slaughtering the victim and assimilating whichever body parts have captured his fancy.
