The Gorn have become one of the most popular Alien species ever to appear on Star Trek, due to their memorable appearance in the classic episode "Arena". They are an intelligent, bipedal reptilian species whose Captain fought with Captain Kirk on stardate 3045.6, under the assumption that the Federation was threatening the Gorn claim to the planet Cestus III.
This incredible piece of art is constructed from heavyweight polystone and then hand painted to the finest detail. Sculpted in 1:6 scale, The Gorn is approx 13" tall.

Situated atop an environmental base, the grisly Gorn captain is equipped with a shard-dagger. In the course of the Enterprise’s pursuit of a Gorn vessel, both ships are captured and held in stasis by the more advanced Metrons. Captain Kirk and the Gorn captain are transported to a neutral wasteland planet to fight a duel that will decide the fate of both the Enterprise and the Gorn vessel. Though the Gorn is slow-moving, Kirk soon realizes that his adversary is immensely strong and is immune to conventional physical attack. Kirk scavenges his surroundings, locating the ingredients to make gunpowder, then uses a large bamboo shaft and a crystalline projectile to create a gun which stuns the Gorn and leaves him at the mercy of Kirk.
