A Resident Evil legend, Chris was one of the original members of Raccoon City police department's new S.T.A.R.S. (Special Tactics And Rescue Service) police force - an elite unit mostly comprised of ex-military personnel. It was Chris who helped lead the S.T.A.R.S. squad to the mansion that housed Umbrella's experimental facility, which kicked off the entire Resident Evil saga.
